For those who like induction cooking.
This is a very clean install of a cooktop. You can’t see it, can you. This will only work for a hard heat resistant surface such as quartz, granite or some other stone like surface. The induction cooktop is mounted under the counter. This is by Invisacook and I love the idea. Sure makes cleaning up splatters easy. I love anything that makes cleanup easier.
Being an induction cooktop, you are not going to burn your hand by touching the burner when it is on but be aware that the pan will be hot. This also allows you to extend your prep surface into the cooking area. The representative I talked with said you can place the pan near the burner area and the whole pan will heat up. In fact, two pans can be place on the burner and both will heat up at the same time!
