While at the Kitchen and Bath Industry show in February 2019, I kept seeing these burners that were mounted right in the counter. Talk about clean application. These are gas burners that you can mount through any hard and heatproof surface. They can be arranged in many different configurations and can be installed as singles or up to 6 burners. There are also three different burners: small, medium and combined wok/simmer. As the PITT website says “Feel like a professional chef in your own kitchen”. I just know I want it.
